
01. HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET IF I DON'T LIKE THE DESIGN?
Revisions are based on the scope of project. Many clients appreciate the time taken during the creative process and are thrilled with the outcome, often only needing 1 revision for refinement.
02. HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?
Non-verbal communication occurs through email. Presentations and Meetings are on Zoom or Google Meets. Phone calls aren’t frequent but open if needed.
03. DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes. Payments can be broken up into the maximum of 3 payments. Payments less than $600 MUST be paid in FULL
04. WHAT IF I NEED TO PAUSE THE PROJECT?
If a project is paused for more than 2 weeks, the date(s) for deliverables will have to match our availability. If a project hasn’t been paid in full, the remaining balance MUST be paid for project to resume.
05. HOW IS PAYMENT TAKEN?
Current payment options are PayPal, Zelle or Cash app. Payment options will be updated in the near future. (Any Payments $5,000 USD or greater, Checks must be written)
06. PROJECT TIMEFRAME?
Time Frame depends on the scope of the project. Branding services can be anywhere from 6 - 9 weeks, Graphic Design can be anywhere from 7 - 14 Business days and Production can be anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks.
07. WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSE TIME?
We respond back to our clients between 24- 48hrs. No later than 72 hrs.
08. WHAT DELIVERABLES AND FILES WILL I RECEIVE?
At the beginning of every project, clients are given a welcome packet that gives an overview of the project with breakdown, timeframe and deliverables.
09. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the services provided we are unable to offer any refunds. Our clients are very important to us so we make it a priority to rectify any existing or future issues.
10. DO YOU DO EXPEDITED SERVICES?
No. We encourage clients to effectively plan on their end to leave room for unexpected changes.
